If you would like to request a refund or replacement, please fill out the form below. When possible, please submit photos of the product, boxes, and product as they are very helpful in resolving any problems. If the product is being returned, please keep it frozen or or refrigerated.
Refunds
We will review your submission and determine if a refund is due. If a refund is due, the amount will be refunded to your original form of payment or to your account, if applicable. It can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
