Canadian Salmon – Whole Fish (Fresh)

Description

Mild, moderately firm & oily with a rich, buttery flavor and tender, flaky texture.  The Canadian Salmon’s size, relatively high fat content and excellent color retention make it a desirable fish. Pan-sized salmon have a delicate flavor. Fillets from larger fish have an excellent, mild salmon taste but are more flavorful than chum. Reddish-orange meat is moderately fatty and flakes well.
